Smart Salon Manager Software contains a very easy to use, yet powerful security system.

Using the security features, you can assign each employee a login, then based on that login, assign or remove rights to use each module. Most modules can be assigned view only rights (employee is only allowed to view the information, but cannot make any changes within that module) or full rights (employee is allowed to view or/and make changes to the information within that module).

These security settings and be updated or/and changed at any time.

Using the security settings along with the networking feature, you can, for eg: be able to setup a computer in the back office for the manager and a computer at the front desk for the receptionist. The receptionist will only have access to the modules he/she needs access to.
