Technical Support Options

Technical support is provided in a variety of ways. If you are experiencing problems, you can log a support ticket, request a Remote Help session or purchase a telephone support plan. Our support website address is: http://support.bbtsoft.com

When you purchase our software, you are entitled to free month(s) of free web-based support and one free Remote Help training session. Web-based support will allow you access to our support website where you can communicate with tech support via support tickets, look through our Knowledge Base, or get free minor upgrades to the software. You can also log into a Remote Help session on our support website. These types of sessions are where a technician can log onto your computer, chat with you in a log, and work directly with the software that is installed on your computer. This is especially useful if you are having problems with activation or with some of the features of the software.

Our telephone technical support plans are as follows:

Lite Plan:
Limited to one call per day or a maximum of four calls per 7 days. Support is available between 9:00am - 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday.
Cost per month $49.95

Standard Plan:
Limited to one call per day. Support is available between 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday.
Cost per month $69.95

Unlimited Plan:
Support is available between 8:00am to 7:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Saturday.
Cost per month $99.95
