When you purchase our software, you are entitled to free month(s) of free web-based support and one free Remote Help training session. Web-based support will allow you access to our support website where you can communicate with tech support via support tickets, look through our Knowledge Base, or get free minor upgrades to the software. You can also log into a Remote Help session on our support website. These types of sessions are where a technician can log onto your computer, chat with you in a log, and work directly with the software that is installed on your computer. This is especially useful if you are having problems with activation or with some of the features of the software.
